Clonex Rooting Hormone Gel is the world’s first and leading propagating gel. Each Clonex product is colour-coded for convenience:- Green (1.5g/L IBA) – Ideal for softwood cuttings- Purple (3.0g/L IBA) – Best for medium wood cuttings- Red (8.0g/L IBA) – Perfect for hardwood cuttings. If there is callusing but no root formation this indicates the hormone level is too high, and a lower hormone concentration should be used.

To use Clonex, clean and sterilise your tools before starting. Cut your stem at a 45-degree angle just below a node, dip it into the Clonex Gel, and place the cutting in your chosen growing medium. Follow best propagation practices for the best results.

Exposure to extreme temperatures or improper storage can cause Clonex gel to liquefy. For best results, store the gel in a cool, dark place (preferably in the refrigerator) and avoid contamination by not dipping cuttings directly into the bottle.
